Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you give us through our forms: your name, email, phone number, and the details of your enquiry (for example a membership request, partnership enquiry, or client referral). We also record standard technical context with each submission — the page you submitted from and your browser type — to help us respond appropriately and protect against spam.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers. This site contains no ad pixels or ad-network code.
• No analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics or any behavioural analytics, and this site sets no tracking cookies.
• No data sales. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• No external font or asset calls. All fonts and images are served from our own server — visiting this site does not send your IP address to Google Fonts or other content networks.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in two places, both access-controlled: (1) on our own cloud server (hosted in California, USA), in private storage that is not accessible from the web; and (2) in our secured lead-management database (Supabase, an access-controlled PostgreSQL service) so our small team can respond to you. Both stores are reachable only by authorised FLTA administrators. All data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Who processes your data

We use a minimal set of service providers, each only for its stated purpose: our hosting provider (Cloudways/DigitalOcean — serving this website and storing our local records), Supabase (lead database), Resend (delivering the internal email notification when you submit a form), and Stripe (donation payments — card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and never touch our servers). We do not authorise any provider to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — at any time. Email Info@financialliberationtrainingacademy.org and we will action your request within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights are guaranteed to you under the GDPR; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA. We honour them for everyone, regardless of where you live.

Retention

We keep submission records for as long as needed to run the programme or relationship they relate to, and review stored records periodically. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
