10 Steps Of Business Building is a 16 week workshop created to provide At Risk youth with training on creating a business from their simple idea.

Our 10 Step Business Building curriculum gives youth the necessary tools to open up new options and possibilities for their future, build confidence, inspire further education and provide a solid foundation of education on building a business. Each student will have the opportunity to create their own business, build a website and become a business owner with an opportunity for kickstart funding by the graduation date. FLTA partners with schools across Los Angeles County to offer weekly business workshops designed to expand healthier financial options for youth as they transition into adulthood. This workshop simplifies business education into 10 easy steps, helping students gain a true understanding of how to create any business at any time. Our program aims to help students reach their full potential, build confidence, and provide an incentive to engage more deeply in their education. By broadening their future opportunities, we motivate them to continue their studies, recognize their value, and understand how their current coursework ties into their future business endeavors. Our ultimate goal is to inspire youth to change behaviors that may hinder their educational growth and future success.
